Automatic cleaning metal separator with permanent magnetic field is one of the best ways to efficiently remove metal in places where cleaning is difficult or impossible. The separator can also be used in case of a large flow of material. Its operation requires a 220V power supply and a supply of compressed air (6-8 bar). The cleaning time can be scheduled depending on the amount of metal contaminants in the system. The selected metal impurity falls from the bars into a housing separated from the material, from where it can be collected through a pipeline.
The selector has a control box that can be set to operate automatically or manually switch between the two cleaning positions. It also has an emergency stop button. The cleaning schedule can be set using a time relay, which is located inside the control box.
The magnets are protected by a stainless steel tube, which can be quickly replaced if damaged. At the top of the separator, you can see a transperent window through which we can observe the operation and the state of the magnetic bars.
The selector can also be mounted on pipes with a large cube or round cross-section, available in sizes up to 600x600mm. On special request, we can produce them with two row of magnetig rods, which significantly increases the amount of metal selection.
