Description
The rotating magnetic metal separator is an efficient way to clean the worst possible flowing materials (ground coffee, fine-sticky powders, flour,…) from metal. Such materials clog and damage the single grid metal selectors.
The rotating magnetic separator consists of a circular magnetic grid that is continuously rotated by a motor, and the magnetic grid has a housing to hold the material inside. The metal separator is completely made of stainless steel. On the magnetic grid, the bars are arranged in a circular shape and are in continuous circular motion, so they can break the material, thereby facilitating the flow of the material. The number of magnetic bars depends on the size of the inlet pipe.
The metal separator has to versions:
FIX – the magnetic bars cannot be pulled apart, which means they are more durable, can be quickly replaced, and have a high magnetic force
RAZ – all the magnetic bars can be pulled apart at the same time and thus cleaned, a smaller force can be achieved on the magnetic bars
