Description
A magnetic plate is an efficient and inexpensive way to clean metal from the material moved on the conveyor belt. The speed of the conveyor belt can be a maximum of 3m/s, otherwise the magnet will not be able to extract the metal particles from the material quickly enough. The selector is recommended if there is not an excessively large amount of metal in the material, as in this case too much cleaning would be required and this would be tiring.
It can be cleaned with a flame, as well as with a quick cleaning device that just pulls it out and the sheet cleans itself.
The magnetic plate must be installed above the conveyor belt. For installation, a metal stand is required, on which it is suspended using rods or chains, the length of which can be adjusted. On request, we can also make a stand for the magnetic board of the given size.
The height of the picker location (the height of the delivered material) is an important data for us, because based on this we can specify how wide and thick the magnetic sheet should be. The length of the magnetic sheet is the same as the width of the conveyor belt.
On request, we can also make the selector out of a very strong neodymium magnet, in case it needs to be placed in a narrow place, because unlike the ferrite magnet, this solution provides a much thinner product.
