The cascade magnetic separator has a zig-zag shape. It consists of a case, in which magnetic plates are installed on each side. The material falls freely into the magnetic separator and thanks to the zig-zag shape, can pass through the system without getting stuck, thus separating metal impurities.
The advantage of this metal separator is that even larger pieces can flow through it, because they cannot get stuck.
It is cleaned manually by opening the magnetic plates individually which are fitted to the case and open like a door. The metal impurity must be removed from it, it closes and you can continue working.
