Description
The automatic cleaning magnetic plate is one of the most effective ways to select metal impurities from material that is transported on a conveyor belt. The operation of the separator is simple and efficient. It is suspended above the conveyor belt at the recommended height. The magnetic sheet filled with ferrite or neodymium magnets in the middle attracts metal impurities. With the help of the continuously rotating belt and the rubber paddles on it, the metal impurities are removed from the magnetic sheet. It throws the metal scrap next to the conveyor belt.
The main parts of the separator are made of stainless steel, so the device has a long service life. The conveyor belt on it can be easily tensioned and replaced. The motor requires a three-phase electric current.
We can make a stand for the separator, on which the height of the machine and the angle measured to the conveyor belt can be adjusted.
