Description
A conveyor belt with a magnetic drum is an effective way to select larger metal impurities during material transport. The final axis of the transport smell is a drum with ferrite or neodymium magnets. The magnetic drum attracts the metal impurities through the conveyor belt, with the help of the movement of the belt and the blades on the belt, the metal contamination is thrown down at the bottom of the conveyor belt after the magnet is attracted to it.
The ferrite magnetic drum is a durable design, there is nothing to break on it. We can also make the conveyor belt in an angled design, with several types of support elements.
The attraction distance of the magnet is roughly 100mm, so it is recommended that the thickness of the transported material is no more than 80mm, if it is more, then either the neodymium magnetic solution or a magnetic sheet suspended above the conveyor belt is the appropriate solution.
